Shipping policy

shipping

orders ship within 1–3 business days (monday–friday, excluding holidays). you’ll get a tracking email when yours leaves.

shipping is free on all US orders. we ship to US addresses only, for now.

delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. these are estimates, not promises. carriers do what carriers do.

check your address at checkout. once an order ships, we can’t reroute it.

candles come in ceramic, and ceramic breaks. if yours arrives damaged or wrong, email dumb@buydumb.com as soon as you notice, with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
